Hellloooo, I'm a single mummy with 2 very energetic little boys aged 3 and 4. I have been doing SW since 23/02/11 and need some extra support and motivation to stay on the right track as i'm loosing for a couple of weeks then puting it back on! oooopps!

Well at least your boys are going to keep you active, eh?! Firstly, well done! You've lost 6lb already, don't lose sight of that!:D I'm a newbie this time around but I lost 2 stone with SW the first time around, when I actually attended classes. For me, the biggest thing is to keep an accurate food diary, noting down everything that you eat. If you're only online like me, then this is as good support as going to a class, because there's a chance that someone will look at your diary. I also find that planning a full day in advance helps me keep on track. I follow the green plan, sometimes using my HEBs for meat or fish. I eat A LOT of brown rice, fruit and vegetables, which keeps me stuffed and less likely to pick at 'bad stuff'! I'm also finding the forums and reading other people's posts incredibly motivating, there are so many of us trying so hard. Having said that, I'm only in my first week this time around, and definitely agree with you about needing extra support and motivation, which is why I joined this site:)

Soooo, recommend keeping an online food diary and good luck this week;)

Incidentally if you like rice, but find it a pain to cook in a saucepan, then I really recommend getting a rice cooker!
 
Thanks for your words of support, good luck to you too. Your right i do need to start doing a food diary again, i like doing it on line but unfortunately i can't access the SW diary from work which is a pain, but i'm going to stop using that as an excuse for not doing one!

Treat yourself to a nice notebook (these things excite me, saddo that I am), and write your food in there. That way you can keep track throughout the day. You can always write it up at the end of the day on here. Writing it down really does focus the mind though. Good luck!

I am the same I love a fresh crisp notepad helps me collect my thoughts and keep me on track :)

Ohh yes, Paperchase do lovely notebooks. Get a nice one and a new glitzy pen. Writing down everything you eat and drink really does help. Good luck!!
