Please help...

Tomorrow I plan to have porridge as my hexb tomorrow for brekkie

Lunch will be cold boiled potatoes with fat free cottage cheese and a banana for after!

I'm doing EE so was wondering if I need to add anything to both these meals to stick to plan???

If I do, suggestions gratefully welcomed!!!
 
Oh, you could add some superfree to breakfast and to lunch :) Also you're allowed 28g oats and 1 scan bran as your healthy extra choice, this would be more filling too. You could add berries and very low fat yoghurt to your oats.

How about a big salad with your potatoes and cottage cheese at lunch ?
