Im new to this forum , I weighed in last night after two weeks holidays , so in theory three weeks of eating no exactly my programme. I was so disappointed to find Id put up 7.5lbs I nearly died to tell you the truth , has anyone any advice to get me back on track ? I know when I think logically back to what I was eating it was to be expected , for some reason I wouldn't have minded four or five pounds as much , but the half stone mark has really knocked
Please help , I have a wedding to go to at the end of june and put it this way the dress I bought me fitted 7.5lbs ago
