well I only lost 2lbs this week but it is TOTM and I am feeling a bit bloaty and bunged up
so I suppose it could be worse. this will be my last week of TFR as I have relatives coming to stay and it would be too difficult to cook for and entertain them for 2 weeks on TFR. still my BMI is 25ish and who knows by next week it might even be normal I think I will move to slimming world hereafter as I dont think the pharmacist will let me restart TFR at a practically normal BMI. then holidays yippee!!!
