WHITE SAUCE FOR LASAGNE

i am making a lasagne 2nte, i bought the colmans mix for white sauce which is 5.5 syns, then you need 300ml of semi skimmed milk, i am using the one milk which works out at 6 syns for 300ml so in total the lasagne will work out as 11.5 for the entire thing?im working this out right arent i?lol im using chopped tomatoes as the base for my mince

just make sure you are using extra lean mince or quorn mince and it sounda great!

Try using fat free cottage cheese instead of the sauce, but put an extra couple of layers of lasagne sheets so...mince, lasagne sheet, cottage cheese, lasagne sheet, mince, lasagne sheet, cottage cheese and sprinkle a little low fat cheese 42g (hea) for a lasagne with only 6 syns total or leave off cheese all together making the Lasagne totally free xx

One tip!

Make sure you have your tomato mixture rather runny as the pasta layers will zap up any moisture and can leave the lasagne quite dry if you don't.
