I wouldn't miss any shakes, the calorie intake in this diet is low, 400 per day, enough to keep your body ticking and burning the excess fat, you don't want to go any lower than that

Determined Bev - so sorry your not feeling well as Dolphin said it's not a good plan to miss a shake but if you can't face it then not to worry. Try to keep having 3 a day if you can though as you really don't want to drop a large chunk of the calories Keep your chin up hun and keep going!
