Stressing and obsessing??

Some advise from one of my pals / colleagues:


'Stressing or obsessing about food, however healthy it is, is not healthy – it's stress and obsession. Free up.'


(Not directed specifically at me I might add - although it might as well have been).
 
It's true so I dedicated time to learn all I could, made up plenty of meal plans etc and then relaxed into it, still meal plan, so not sitting at 10am stressing about what im allowed to have for lunch.
SW is now stress free for me!
