I have done it!! I've eaten!!! I don't know why I was being so good. I have been 100% for 23 days. Then today!! I have eaten chicken and salad at my mums birthday meal. ( ok so that's not too bad) but then I have come home and eaten a bag of hula hoops!! Now I feel guilty, bloated and disappointed in myself :-(
I have to get this weight off.
Well I'm going to remember how I felt next time I feel like cheating.
I'm going to struggle with the next few days to get back into ketosis. But it's my own fault and every hard day I have I'm going to remember that's why I am doing SS.
Going to need all your help over the next few days.

Oh god I have sinned more!! Bread and chocolate and not in small quantities either so this is either an oh well I give up dieting for now moment or Omg you fool that's enough pull your socks up n carry on moment!

I feel sick and physically bigger!! Alot bigger!! I was pining food since Friday afternoon so that's it out of my system well done for not going completely out of control i'l vengeful back into ketosis over the next couple of days though it will prib take me longer than u as I was very bad! But we can do this!! That food did not taste as good as being skinny!

I expect you are still in ketosis. The chicken salad won't have done you any harm and one bag of hula hoops shouldn't be too bad, thats not to say it should become a regular thing ;)
The next few days may be more of a problem with the head stuff rather than ketosis.

hopefully you wont have done to much damage, you should still be in ketosis..

dont beat yourself up too much and as you say, remember how you felt!

Don't worry you have not done too bad it's only a bag of crisps, maybe you won't knock yourself out if ketosis :)

That's what the forum is for and lots of people will be here to help you xx
 
Having only just clawed my way back into Ketosis only today, I know how you are feeling.

Just dust yourself off and start again, it will be okay. It's tough going for a few days as you know, but you will soon be back into the swing of things.

The head stuff is worse, the "oh I can just start again tomorrow" thoughts are awful and of course we all know that once you get into that way of thinking, tomorrow never actually comes.

Thank you all for your lovely comments. It is definitely hard to deal with the head stuff. I'm really worried that I won't lose anything at next WI.
But I'm going to take your advice and dust myself off and start again.
I really need to stop listening to other people saying 'wow the weight is falling off you' coz then I feel good about myself and think oh a little bit of that won't hurt. I need to be 100% SS now until my planned day off on 1st July.
