GRRRRRR!!!!

started 4 weeks ago, lost 6.5lbs up to this week, then put on 1.5lb! i havent changed anything about the diet etc, but i have been walking on average 5 miles a day to and from work, could this be the reason ive suddenly gained??:sigh:
 
Snap! Well almost! I lost 4lbs last week although I weighed I'm after 4 days as I started mid week. This week I've put on 1 and 1/2 and i haven't got a clue why, in fact I'm gutted so I completely feel your pain and frustration

I can't give up as I cant fit into the majority of my wardrobe so I'm just trying to focus on losing 2 & 1/2 in 2 weeks

Try and stay positive, easy said than done I know xxx
