Feeling low

Hey all,

At the end of day 7 i was down 11lbs and I have my first official WI tomorrow morning (beginning day 10). However I just hopped on my scales and they are reading that I have only lost about 6lbs. I am really upset as I know its normal to be a few lbs heavier in the evening but 5lbs heavier?!

So that is making me feel like c**p alongside the fact that im going away in september for 4 weeks and really want to be able to eat but am worried about undoing all this hard work. I know i want to SS but im starting to have doubts and am wondering if maybe just eating healthily on my own low carb low cal plan would work just as well?

I could really do with advice/help on this and also pls see my other thread about my holiday as i explain it more on there. Any CDCs advice would also be especially welcome.

Thanks xx

Ok right well the way to solve this is to not weigh yourself at home!

If you have lost 6lbs, then it's not 'only 6lbs' it's :wow: 6 POUNDS!!! 6 Pound is a lot of weight. Our weight fluctuates daily, hourly even, depends how much water we've drank, what time of day it is etc etc. That's why it's best to weigh yourself once a week at the same time to get a good accurate loss.

If you stick to the diet you cannot fail to lose weight, trust in the diet and lock those scales away.

Stop being so hard on yourself!
