I'm 20 and a 2nd year university student.
I'm not overweight at 5ft8 and 147lb but before uni I weighed about 134lb with my lowest weight being 131lb...
I'm currently at the highest weight I've ever been due to being a BIG snacker (biscuits, toast, chocolate...) and I want to lose one stone to take me back to my pre-uni weight. I'm starting to find my usual size 10 clothes a bit of a squeeze and don't feel as confident in myself
To do this I plan to cut out all snacking (apart from fruit), keep an eye on my portion sizes and eat as clean as possible as well as exercising (gym, fitness classes, running) at least -4x a week.
If I write it all on here and check in regularly I have to do it!
So wish me luck and I'll let you know how I get on!
