Feeling down

Getting her sparkle back
Hi everyone!
I've been on and off this forum lately, I did lighter life and lost 5 stone, then completed rtm. I've done exante before to lose a few pounds I gained at christmas. I then managed my weight pretty well but I decided that I want to lose another stone as its my 21st on the 17th of june and I've always dreamt of being a size 10 and 10 stone something for my birthday.
I started exante again last monday, I lost 9ibs in week 1 which I was super happy with. However, over the past 4/5 days I've been feeling so low and lethargic. I never felt this bad on lighter life and exante before. I feel so down and like a shadow of my usual self. I'm not sure if its because I'm in a different job, where I work at a childrens activity camp and spend all day abseiling, hiking etc. Maybe my body can't survive on such a low cal diet with my active job? I'm not sure what to do as obviously I love the weight loss, but I need to feel like myself again!
Is it just me that feels like this?
I need to update my tickers and stats but hope everyone is having a good day :)
Xxxx

Hi there

I did read a similar post by someone else with a low BMI like yours. It was about two weeks ago. They also felt really tired and worn out. THe responses given were that the vlcds are designed for people who have a LOT of weight to lose and the closer you get to your ideal weight the more likely it is you need to be on working solution as opposed to total solution. I hope this helps.
