Has anyone tried tesco low carb drink tetra

HI all

Just had my 3rd week and lost another 2 1bs, but i am going it alone due to funds, kids new uniforms and all that !!! I just wanted to know if any one had tried the chocolate low carb tetra at tesco's.
The cambridge has given me an excellent kick start and helped me curb my habitual snacking. My cdc was really understanding about the funds thing and has still offered me to go for a weekly weigh in which i thought was really nice.

I would really appreciate any comments about the chocky tetra.

I've never seen it so don't know to be honest, tesco used to do a huge range of low carb products but I've never seen them now for ages.

The only problem is that aren't a total meal replacement. They are designed to replace maybe one or two meals, or use as a snack.

You wouldn't be able to use them alone. You would still need to eat a main meal

Yes.. i've tried them, but as karion said... their not a total meal replacement(don't have all the nutrients and vit's)so u can only replace 1-2 meals per day.

Yes i would only replace 2 meals and have a low meal in the evening, for now anyway that is the plan thanks for your advice
