here are 2 pics of me taken in same dress

One is at my exante start weight on holiday

the other i took yesterday..(excuse the dodgy barnet)

I think if ya click on them they come up bigger...my first time at posting a pic lol..

Think this diet is defo working lol xxx

I wonder if we'd be allowed to sell our old clothes on here (I cant work ebay!) coz I've already started slimming out of some of my stuff and some of it has never been worn.

Thank you so much everyone..I have tried really hard to find a pic of me at my very heaviest....
i must have dodged the camera like a criminal on the most wanted list..
I think the only one of me at 21st + is at my friends house cos she stopped me ripping it up with the rest a few years ago...

I will try and find out if she still has it..

Its such a boost to see such a difference in a 23lb loss that its really quelled any bad thoughts i was having about them pesky scales not budging much lately...

I also could not see a huge diffference in the mirror till i dug the dress out (actually it was a nighty from Asda that i wore as a dress pmsl) and took the pic and put it side by side with the pre Exante one...

Wow great pics, it's amazing seeing the difference - fab idea wearing the same dress :) I find it so much harder to see it on myself in real life, but photos really help it to sink in! You're doing brilliantly :D

Thanks again everyone ..Good news on the other pic at my heaviest...my friend does indeed still have it and is going to dig it out for me....

And i have to say that somuchtolose...that pic of a pound of fat is truely disgusting !!!

Thanks again everyone....I'm gonna take another pic in that dress/nightie when i have lost another stone and post it...Now i have to try and work out how to put the first two onto my diary page...wish me luck xxxx
