I usually shop at Tesco, average spend £80-£100 a week for a family of 4.
I have been cooking pretty much every meal from scratch but we have just got a pony and 3 days a week I'm now coming home from work, picking up my lil girl and heading up the stables so I need a few things that are easier to just bung in the oven and cook up some veg with.
I noticed that a lot of the Iceland range ie chicken with sauces or fish with sauces are low in sys. I just wondered if anyone is following the diet, I do red days only, and shops primarily at Iceland if you find it cost effective, as we need to tighten our belts just a little.
Thanks x
