So here is the start to my diary, I don't have an end date yet, just a goal of 8st 6. First day, and it went ok!! Had to give a statement to the police this morning at 9am (don't worry, I didn't do anything wrong!) and it took 3 hours! So missed breakfast altogether, which I never do.

Lunch: muesli with semi skimmed milk - 250
Snack: banana - 90
Dinner: ww chicken and lemon risotto with salad and a boiled egg - call it 500
Snack: blueberry muffin - 280


That's 1120 cals, it's amazing how quickly it goes!! Any tips to keep the cals down??
 
If you struggle to keep the cals down then do some exercise so you can eat a bit more.

How have you been getting on this week? x
