Feeling good about diet, but just got sent home from work...

Its my TOTM today and I have the most severely huge swollen tummy and feel sick... Ive had my 2 shakes and will have my soup tonight and remain 100%

I was just wondering if others have suffered from worse period pains on this diet... I remember my dates were a little messed up last time I was on LT but can't remember excess pain !!

Aww poor you :(

I don't recall the pain side but mine were badly timed! Cycle went out of the window from the 2nd day I was on LT.. then returned to normal as soon as I stopped.

Go n get an early night n chill in bed with a girlie film :) xx

Hey don't know about excess pain and was kind of wondering whether anyone would be able to help with my problem! I had my TOTM about 7 days before LT and have been on LT for 36 days now so thats a total of 43 days without any signs at all of my TOTM coming......definitely not pregnant so not worried about that just wondering if other peoples TOTM's came like extremely late or whether to expect one at all? is it something I need to speak to my pharmacist/doctor about or no? I'm usually as regular as clockwork and can expect one every 28 days or so so 43 days is a big difference.........anyone have a theory? x

another poster mentioned leg cramps

this diet may be low, or even depleting your magnesium reserves:( When I get cramps from my period, I rub magnesium oil on and cramping lessens. Have you checked your saliva PH in the morning before brushing? If it is below 7.2, you are losing calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, all alkaline minerals.

Actually I had severe cramps the first week of the diet!! Didn't put it down to low minerals though....hmmm is this really bad and something I need to address or a side effect
Just to put up with and carry on? X

Calcium makes muscles contract, and magnesium makes them release. Minerals all work together. As we start running low, our body takes them from our bones and teeth. So it is a problem:(
