A bit confused?

I took my son to Eureka yesterday and they had a healthy / active weekend on. They were weighing people and when I got on the scales I was 11st 4lb. At w at sw last Monday I was 11st 1.5lb:confused:. Im now really confused! It was those scales that tell you everything - from how much water you hold, to how much muscle / fat mass you have. I have my wi tonight and Im dreading it now! Everywhere I go people are telling me that I'm looking loads slimmer and my clothes are looser but by this it means I've put 2.5lbs on! I've stuck to plan all last week and haven't touched any alcohol for over a fortnight. Last week I lost 3lbs. Can different scales be so different? Should I prepare myself for the worst tonight? Im really gutted! Another thing thats weird is, on here my BMI is 25 wheras on those scales its 24.5! :confused:xx

different scales can weigh very differently . SW scales are normally regularlly calibarated so normally pretty accurate , but the scales you used yesterday probably arent . I really would take it with a pinch of salt and wait for your proper weigh in :)

I agree with everyone on here, I know its disheartening but try and put it to one side and go on what the scales at group say. The scales at my doctors always come up half a stone less that the S/W ones - but I know that's too good to be true!

Thanks, I'll keep my fingers crossed that its not too bad tonight! Off for a swim now, I'll let you know how I get on tonight xx
