And, I'm Back!

After gaining a stone in 6 months - due to 'stuff' going on in my life. It's time to get back into SW!

I started with 2 weeks of Slimfast, but long term that is not great. So joined SW again last week - so far so good... this forum is great, lots of support and ideas to keep us all on track.
