How much fry light?

Most people giving recipes say use plenty but as it's free is there a limit to how much you use? Just wondering cos roast veg is much better when you use plenty!

I always use plenty, especially on my roasted veg & SW chips! I prefer the olive oil spray as well.

I find fry light has a horrible yucky after taste so I'm tending to put spot of oil in pan then wipe off with kitchen roll - is the olive oil one better? x

Much prefer the Olive Oil spray & it doesn't have that 'yucky' after taste............or Im so used to it now & dont notice!!!

Thanks - will buy the olive oil then as I can't use the normal fry light anymore it put me off whatever I've made! x

I really like the olive oil spray, I tend to use quite abit of it on my chips and also in a pan when I cook onions/peppers/mushrooms etc xxx

Sounds good as that's what I'd use it for mainly too - still to have sw chips as been doing red days but tonight could be the night! xx

i always use loads...i use it for everything!! olive oil one is lovely. x
