Newbie! any advice welcome

Hi I jus starting the new pp system I use to do the regular system and lost 3 st however I've not been pointing for a year. I'm gonna try it at home as its not easy for me to attend meetings. Any advice you have found useful would be much appreciated. My first question is do I have 2 use all 49 weekly points?
 
You have to eat your dailies but weeklies are optional. If you drink then saving your weeklies for then is better than unde-eating that day.
