Sausages

I know we're not allowed sausages...but my friend found some beef ones that were less than 10% fat today. Being that the fat content is low, and they are not pork--can I eat these?
 
I know it's tempting - but 10% is not really "low fat", and the sausages will almost certainly have other non Dukan additives like rusk, starch and sugars.

So I'd avoid them.

Why not buy some extra lean mince and make burgers instead?
