packet syn free jelly that matches the fruit you choose to use.
Pack of still frozen fruit.
Sweetener to taste

Put the fruit in saucepan and heat until mushy.Mash with potato masher if too lumpy. Add sweetener to taste.Add sf jellypowder and stir through fruit. Leave to cool and place in jar. Lasts about 2 weeks in fridge.
Consultant said the syns per tbsp were so low that only to syn it at 1/2 per tbsp.

I also tried it with fruit that was a abit too soft but still okay and it worked fine.

I also used gelatine instead of the jelly crystals as I used frozen mango and it was fine.
