Crazy day

My son finished his exams this week so I said he could have a treat (which didn't involve going out to eat somewhere). So he opted to have a baking day. We did a cake, some biscuits and a loaf of bread (won't give any more descriptions). I had to steal myself not to sample a drop! Really tough but just about managed it.

Won't be doing that again in a hurry. The things we do as mothers eh? lol

Wow. First you sound like a great mom. And you didn't eat any. Well done. Hope he did well in the exams.

I completely sympathise... I've just taken Mini Beast to the cinema to watch Despicable Me. He has sat and troffed a cinema hotdog (My fave cinema snack), an M&M Brownie, a small pack of Jaffa cakes and Munchies.

Do you KNOW how much restraint it took not to eat it all myself :giggle:
