Good morning,
I have been registered with this forum for quite some time but lost track of my weight goal over the last 8 month (it's my first year of marriage...)
I have gained 2.5 stone over this period (waaaah :-( ) also because I started working from home. I eat quite healthily but find that my cooking got out of control. I love cooking and I love to use loads of olive oil and cheese And I loooove nuts!!! But I guess on any diet these products have to be eaten extremely carefully (on 1 or 2 nights I ate a 300g bag of cashew nuts, each )
I also bake a lot and like to enjoy the rewards
Now I am back on Slimming World but since I am a Pseudo-Vegetarian (I eat Fish and rarely meat) I probably go for the Green days and occasional Extra-Easy...
Now one of my biggest downfalls is cheese and despite searcing high and low on google and this forum I couldn't really find a thread that's evaluating very low-fat cheese...I do have one restriction though: I don't want to eat processed cheese (just bought very low fat laughing cow triangle and its YUK!!!!)..
Does anyone know of an edible cheese here in the UK with 6% fat or lower??
Also, I kind of despise very low fat yogurt and cottage cheese - And I couldn't find the syn values for the 1.5 % version..Will it be my downfall if I eat the low fat instead of very-low fat version?
I have done SW in the past and kind of tolerated the VLF version but I really can't eat that stuff anymore - WORST thing is Mueller Light Yogurts...eeeeek!! Trying to just use yogurt and fruit instead...any more ideas?
