Urgghh I know what you mean - for me it was/is the absolute worse part of the diet, although the good news is it is a sign of ketosis. I find regular tongue brushing, lots of water and I must confess i do use Wrigleys extra chewing gum if I'm going to be in confined spaces as I am paranoid about bad breath! I know its not allowed but its my only slight tweaking of the rules and if I didn't I would be housebound for the duration!! (yes I really am that paranoid about bad breath!!)
The bad news is when I did CD SS for 5 mths it never really went away - just sort of varied in severity. Sorry. Hopefully it wont be the same for you, and you do sort of get used to it I suppose.
Btw I found it was always worse straight after a shake but I have no idea why??!
