hi all...
im here because ive made the step towards CD. i emailed a cdc a few weeks ago but never went through with it, things happened at home etc. so ive emailed her this morning and awaiting an email from her!
im hoping to start asap as the last few weeks ive gone from 14st4lb to 14st 11lb:cry: so need to get a grip of this now!!
