Quick intro; hi all; hoping that ppl will read and comment on this to help me.

Let me set the scene. This is my 7th week. And I have bounced around 2.5lb loss since starting. Yes. 2.5lb in 7 weeks.
I have:
Followed plan; had 1 flexible syn day a week when needed

Upped exercise from couch potato who walks 4 miles at the weekend to a twice weekly zumbaring looney who then try's to fit in a run around the 4 mile walks and zumba and work! X

Have limited alcohol.

So I am frustrated; consultant is confused. And I am just devastated.

So; here goes the next week.
