Hi I'm new to this site so cme say hiiiiii! Just started SW abt 3-4 wks ago n lost about 6 pounds so far! But I have such a bad sweet tooth n I'm really missin my treats :( I think SW is a healthy way to lose weight at a steady but healthy pace. What would really help me to speed my loss (as well as speed foods) is if I can get my lazy butt to the GYM!!!
 
well done so far, why you missing your treats? are you not using your syns for them?

try a scan bran chocolate cake - 9 syns for entire cake, thats should do it!

also, if you're not a gym bunny don't force yourself, find a body magic that you don't have to force yourself to do....

Hello!! I'm new here. I start the "Sacred Heart" diet on Monday and I'm stoked! Good luck with your weight loss!! Also, maye chewing gum might help calm your sweet tooth down a notch or two. :)
