Hi I'm new to this site so cme say hiiiiii! Just started SW abt 3-4 wks ago n lost about 6 pounds so far! But I have such a bad sweet tooth n I'm really missin my treats I think SW is a healthy way to lose weight at a steady but healthy pace. What would really help me to speed my loss (as well as speed foods) is if I can get my lazy butt to the GYM!!!
