Boiled eggs salad

Pork steaks with mustard n onion mash
Garlic and sage season and marinade for 3 hrs spray with low cal spray

Boil chopped butternut squash for 15 mins drain and mash stir in spring onions a little mustard powder and fat free fromage frais serve with veg

Have with eggs bacon beans

Lunch mixed peppers sliced onion
Add to pan untill sizzles lower heat and cook for 10 minutes sprinkle red wine vinegar with seasoning mix with pasta cooked chicken breast and add parsley basil

Healthy a 350ml milk
Healthy b 2 alpen lights

Pasta chicken sweetcorn Mayo boiled eggs broccoli florets

Sausage potato veg

Super free pineapple banana orange strawberry

I will of coarse throughout use Sins and fruit wanted variety xxx
