Hey

I wonder of any one could help
How much is the refeed programme. Is it the same as the TFR?
An also how long does the refeed programme take before you can start to eat without the shakes/soups?
I'm only into week 2 so will be a couple of weeks off yet but just want to be prepared.

The cost is what you make of it ... you will need to but 8 single shakes (not sure how much they are now) but then you will also need to buy the food for the week so things like salad stuff, meats, fish, potatoes etc
