For me SW is a brilliant way to eat. WW as lots going for it too but having done both , I prefer SW.

Hi and welcome

My mother-in-law and s-i-l left WW and joined SW with me. Worked well for them after a short adjustment period re. free foods and syns instead of the point system.

I find it so unrestricted! I find my brain doesn't understand the concept of no weighing pasta! also glad of the support
