Pls would someone check the syns in the above for me please it's a pack of two weighing 284g for the whole pack.

Thats really not bad, i will have to remember these for bbqs over the summer. I also looked up the syns on the site just to make sure and discovered that the steak burgers with west country cheddar are only 4 syns each too. I may have to investigate...

Oh my god really!!! I was looking at those but knew I couldn't have them lol!! I def will now! The plain ones were good too! Yum! :)

Yep. Checked it again now. Definitely 4 syns on red/ EE.

Taste the Difference Beef Burgers with West Country Cheddar, 4 pack, chilled, 114g each 4 4 13

They are also on offer in sainsburys at the moment. Think I might try them for a BBQ i am going to next weekend.
 
I am afraid the carmalised onion ones aren't on syns online but if you post the nutritional info and I will run it through the calculator for you.
