Would a cup-a-soup damage my weight loss?

Last week I was struggling with the shakes, gagging because of the taste. This was probably because I can only drink the chocolate one as the other two taste foul! I've tried all the recipes on here like mint chocolate and the one where you add coffee to the vanilla shake but i don't like any of them. Anyway to cut a long story short last week I cheated for the first time! replacing one of my shakes with a tomato cup-a-soup 3 times across the whole week :S It was only 40cals and the sugar/salt everything on the box seemed really low. Anyway this week I only lost 2.5lb and i was wondering what you all thought, do you think that it was because I cheated? or purely the fact that our weight losses do drop after so long? x
 
That's probably it. It isn't the calories that matter. This doesn't sound like it's the diet for you. You can't keep in ketosis if you add other foods that's why it is TFR. Perhaps try exante or cambridge. They have a lot more flavours to choose from. Exante works out cheaper than lipo but I know cambridge is very expensive. Good luck : )
 
Argh :/ ok think I'll give it a few weeks more and try and cut out the soups :,) x
 
You can still lose weight not being in ketosis though because youre still having such a big calorie deficit, but your cutting back your cals considerably by having a cup a soup but much much more imporantly youre losing a whole chunk of the nutrients you need.

Id agree with Nenya if you dont like the flavours, there are plenty other VLCDs to try :)
