What sweetner are you using?

I am used to lipotrim shakes and they are so much sweeter than exante so can I ask what sweetner people are using?

You can use any tablet sweetner.

i use splenda and tescos version of splenda

ok, need some help. I've only done cambridge diet before I started this excante total solution...i thought, no sweetners, nothing, no herbal tea...just water, black tea and coffee??? HELP!

Putting sweeteners in Exante shakes is nearly as bad as putting sugar on strawberries ..............they are so much better for being less sweet. Well that's my opinion anyway
