How much and where to get it from?

Can someone tell me please how much LT is in England? I was going to start CD again which is about £33 per week (for 3 packs a day) and wondered what the comparison is?

Also, do you have to go to regular meetings or how does it work?

LT costs £30 per week in England. You can go to your GP if they run it, or to a pharmacy programme, a list of these is on the LT website. You go weekly to be weighed and checked. There are not many flavours to chose from: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and chicken soup. Also flapjacks.

I have done LT for 10 weeks, and really struggled this last week through stress and boredom and 'sick-of-chicken-soup-itis' so have changed to CD today. There are LOADS of flavours on CD, so if I were you I wouldnt bother with LT - the little extra money its going to cost to do CD is really worth all the extra flavours you have.

Oh see you changed Elle...email the local CDC...(there are only about 4 in the whole of Ireland LOL) so she might be too far away....really feel like a change too and dont want to fall off the wagon.. How was you CDC - what was your experience?

Oh I will keep my fingers crossed for you Bea that one is nearby. My CDC was really nice - one good thing is that you can go in the evenings too. I just had toffee walnut shake for brekkie and it is REALLY good. I mean REAAAAAALLY good! I am looking forward to having a bar at lunchtime!

I'm also looking forward to AAM week - you can only have very small portions but I think it will help me get through the last 3 months or so of this without slipping up!

Thanks for that.. I think I will stick with CD, you are right there are loads more flavours and also my CDC lives on the same road as me so very easy to get hold of too.
