Hi iv been on EE for nearly 2weeks now but struggling with getting my 1/3 superfree. Is anyone else the same? People have said to try red/green if this is the case. Not really looked at these plans yet. Can anyone recommend? Would it be better for me if can't get my superfree? Thanks in advance x

Definitely worth a try as you don't have to do the third super-free (though it's advisable). You get an extra hexa and hexb on the red / green plans too. I just do green and don't have any complaints!

if you look in your book it tells you how to go about it.

for green you can have as much pasta, rice, potatoes, pulses and all your usual free and superfree as you want, then 2 HEXa and 2 HEXb - with an extended choice which includes all your fish and meat

for red your fish and meat is free as well as the usual free and superfree and same for the hexa and hex b - 2 of eat with an extended hexb list to included pasta, pulses, pots and rice.

for your syns you look in the red or green column in the book

of course its always beneficial to have as much superfree food as you can but you're not having to have 1/3 superfree with each meal

its quite simple really, I know it feels a bt daunting at first especially when you're used to EE, I find the green days cheaper and easier for take to work meals,

haven't done a red day yet, find a mixture or green and EE days in a week works for me:)

When I started SW 6 months ago I was mainly doing EE, but found I wasn't losing as much weight as I would have liked & someone suggested to me to try mixing the 3 plans. I now do a mix of all 3 during the week, depending on my shift patterns at work, as they change weekly & have had some very pleasing losses......slow, but steady (has increased with exercise tho). In answer to your question, on all plans it is advisable you eat plenty of free/superfree foods as its about portion control & low calorific foods, so why not give it a go & you will be pleasantly surprised how easy/enjoyable they are to follow. Hope that helps.
