Total Solution Arthritis!!

Am I allowed to do Total Solutions with arthritis of the neck and spine?

I don't think anyone here on this forum can give you correct medical advice. Exante actually do express that if you have a medical condition you must consult your GP first before starting. However, the list of contra-indicative conditions they have provided here (Medical Check | Exante) does not state arthritis.

I have arthritis and hypermobilty and losing weight has done me the world of good so cant be a bad thing surely? Xx

I too suffer with Arthritis and Ankolising Spondilitis and have had much benefit from losing weight even at my age, so I am sure you will find it very beneficial. I think it is more what you are eating - i.e. acidy fruits may effect you.
Hope you are able to get things going and prove for youself that there is another lovely world to enjoy when you are fitter and more healthy....

I also have a degenerative spine and have had 2 ops to rebuild it..My cervical spine area is arthritic and i have had no problems with my health since being on TS ..i am into my 6th week...I take a lot of strong painkilling meds and had had no adverse affects..i just have to time my diclofenac doses to coincide with my packs as they need to be taken with or after food....Maybe a check with ya doctor to put your mind at rest might be a good idea....good luck with what ever you choose x
