Attack Liquid egg whites

Hi LMS - there's a site (myprotein.com) that sells them as well as 6x1 litre jugs. I didn't buy but only because I begrudged spending the £5 on shipping costs (though that didn't stop me from the Amazon noodles). I used to buy these in US all the time as they're very readily available and they were great... wish I could just get them at Tesco. There is one brand that sells in shops, but not in my area. They sell them in paper pint cartons, but can't remember their company name.

I've used the powdered egg whites you can buy in UK supermarkets - you make them up before using, which is a bit of a faff and, because they're not cheap, it's actually cheaper to buy decent eggs and "lose" the yolks. Sad but true.

Hi
They sell liquid egg white in Waitrose

I get Two Chicks in Sainsbury's. They tend to often be out of stock though, the last time I ended up buying 4 cartons in one go! You can freeze them, too.

Powdered eggwhites are perfectly good for baking with, meringues, cakes, etc.
