I'm going out with my daughters at luchtime and we nearly always have a coffee somewhere, usually either Starbucks or Costa.

Could someone tell me the syn values of a tall/small skinny caramel latte please?

If you look up the nutritional information on their website you can work out the syns using 1 syn for every 20 calories

Found this under the Costa Coffee section of SW Syns Online..

Caramel Latte, Skimmed Milk, 1 medio = 6 syns on all plans.

Thanks ladies As it turns out, we didn't go for coffee, too stuffed I think lunch yesterday is best put behind me and forgotten
