Hello,
Just thought I'd let you all know about my recent find. I know some of you don't eat extra light philidelphia as a tolerated item but for the ones that do I found an alternative.
Tracks soft and light soft cheese extra light. The facts are per 30g
Cals 34
Sugar 1.7
Fat 1.2
Sats 0.7
Sal 0.2
Philly per 30g is:
Cals 33
Sugar 1.5
Fat 1.4
Sats 1.0
Salt 0.3
Like I said I know some ppl don't use it as a tolerated item but for those who do thought I'd tell u about a cheaper alternative with less fat, salt and sat fat.
