Pasta and sauce

Hi, I don't know if it's just me but could have sworn I was told pasta and sauce was free, but after looking at my book again it say 1.5 for all varieties?

Also does anyone know if pasata is free, was thinking of using it if i can't have my pasta and sauce!

Your book only gives you average values as there is not room to list everything. Some are free while others have syns so check out the thread in the sticky section above for a list of the batchelor's ones.

And yes, passata is free - it's a godsend! I get through tonnes of the stuff!

Great thanks! Yeh I know the cheesy pasta and sauces have sins but I like chicken & mushroom so pretty sure it's free!
