As everyone else says, drink drink drink!!!! If you really need something have another shake, and if your really getting deperate have some small amounts of protein, like cooked chicken breast with no seasoning.
But like I said, only as a last resort if your out and about! I dont want to suggest cheating at all but better to cheat wisely than completely binge which nearly happend to me at an all day picnic becuase I just got so hungry and there was no where to get anything healthy from! Exante was the best thing ever for me, lost a stone in 2 weeks, but found out was allergic to it!!! Was so unhappy.....
