and back to basic's........

Hi all

back again.......with tail between my legs.....:rolleyes:

ive dusted off all my SW books and going back to basic to help shift my flab once and for all......yep im sure thats been said a million time ....:break_diet:

I bought the SW mag on fri and today went and did my shop for the week sw friendly of course :)

ive been eating alot healthier for 1 and half week due to noticing and others noticing how much weight ive gained. so with loosing half a stone previously on SW many moons ago , so ive come back to the old faithful


im 5ft 4 and weigh 13stone wearing size 16/18clothes.......my size 8 and skinny frame is a far distance memory when i was 19 as i was a very sporty kid, until i leant to drive :eek:

been down hill with weight since then

i want to get into size 10 and thats my goal. im going to singapore in oct and i want to try and loose most of it by then

Day 2

Had a right headache today :sigh:

Had a hecktic day in work, glad i packed a sw friendly dinner and didnt take any money incase the vender called my name :p

b - muller light yogurt and banna

l - spring veg soup and apple

s - bag of crisps

t - home made beef burger on wholemeal bun with salad and very low fat cheese( made this using the beefburger recipe from this month sw)
 
Evening All!

well i woke up with a headache this morning ( it felt like a hangover headache) blah!!

so decided to stay off any juice and fizzy pop and wear my glasses all day ( i only wear glasses for the computer)

well woke up, and decided to prepare a good days lunch to keep those hunger pans away - even tho it made me 15min later than usually, but it was worth it, didnt feel any hunger all day :D

B - 1 slice of wholemeal bread toasted and sliver of light butter

l - a very yummy home made salad ( lettice, beetroot, cucumber, pepper, red onion) with freshly cooked mackeral sprinkled all over....Mmmmmm

s- ww yogurt and a bag of crisps

t - home made chilli - lean mince with courguette, carrot, onion, cerlery) tomarto ...mmmm (all that veg really bulked it out and filled me up!!

so after tea, did the dishes and took the dogs out for a little walk before i logged onto here

been thinking of joining the local new gym that opened its only £16.99 a month and there no contract so you can cancel at any time, and included in that amount are over 40 classes a week
and they do the classes i like I.E) legs, bums and tums, airobics, zumba, yoga

so just have to wait until payday and il think il join :cool:

anyone watching supersize v super skinny?? wow it puts it into perspective doesnt it!!
