Day 5 and it's getting better

I've made it to day 5. Ive cheated once or twice with a nibble here and there.

Scales showing about 3lb. Hoping for 5 by end of week 1.

Can anyone tell me where to buy ketostix please??

I think you can get them from any pharmacy, although you should know that they aren't 100% accurate. I think you should be able to buy them online too.

I'm on day six and flagging a bit today ..... I am so so hungry!! Glad to hear you can buy Ketostix over the counter and will buy some tomorrow. Good luck and hope you do well on day 7. x
