Counting carbs

So I have a question. Do you really have to count? That's why Weight watchers would never work for me, if I have to count I feel as if I'm on a diet so that's it, I have to rebel. Tomorrow's day one so I would love some advice from the voices of experience :)

Im on day 2 and a half, I haven't been counting but am going to try and start..looking for a good app, someone suggested my fitness pal. Seems I'm not eating anything I'm not meant too I wouldn't think I would be exceeding the 20g but I just put 5eggs into this carbcounter app and it said 5g?!! So don't know..need to do more research me thinks

I've been using my fitness pal. Its not perfect but it certainly gives me a helping hand at making sure I stay within the limit :)

I don't count but then I've been here a while! 3 mugs of green leafies, meat, eggs, I rarely have cheese so don't worry about that either and never more than 2 tbsp cream per day. I sneak in the odd 2-3 cherry tomatoes but other than than it works for me. However, if I drink alcohol my loss goes out the window and more thank likely I'll gain. We all have our stalling points and alcohol is mine (she says with an empty wine glass beside her!!)

LOL would join you if I had any in the house, Lisa :)

LL - eggs are free, eat as many as you like.

I don't madly count either, but you need to make sure you don['t have carb creep - just keep it clean and green and you should be fine.

I don't count religiously but I try to make sure I keep my veg to 3 "cups"

I do eat a fair bit of cream and cheese but if my loss starts to slow down or stall I just cut back a bit

If you keep it simple you don't really count them.
