iv weighed myself at home

when my cdc left last saturday according to her scales i weighed in at 18st2
when she left i weighed myself on my scales which are in pounds and i was 253, so since that day i have checked i must admit but today i checked and they read 242 do you think i can take this as gospel?

also i just found out that im gett weighed tomorrow instead of monday so my first weigh in will only be 5 days!

There's no reason why your scales would be less accurate than your CDC's (unless you bought them from the pound shop). In fact, I base my losses on my own scales as even though they weigh 3lbs heavier than my CDC's they are much more accurate and don't fluctuate depending on where on the floor you put them.

As long as you're weighing yourself at roughly the same time of day wearing roughly the same kind of clothes, it doesn't matter which you weigh yourself on - 11lb loss is 11 loss, whether it's on yours or hers, so fingers crossed and congratulations!

awww i was hoping you would all say that , i think i just needed to hear it , im so proud of myself i cant wait to get weighed but i am craving food at the moment i really do just want one mouthful of food just to chew and taste it ,
