Harvest chewy bars white choc chip

Does anyone know of the syn value for these?

Also can they be used a extra B?

Halo: how many cals are they I have been using the aldi cereal bar to as a heb but I'm a bit bored of then know an alpen bars are so pricey!

They are 4 1/2 syns each on all plans, the milk choc chip ones are the same.

They don't count as a Hex, sorry. A weetabix oaty bar does though (they do white choc, milk choc and toffee ones). So does a Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar which come in milk or dark choc.
