Hi there :wave_cry:

I'm starting propoints after a failed attempt at SW, although I think sw is a fab diet it just wasn't for me, I tend to over-eat & binge so really think it would be best if I did WW to tackle my portion control. I have been on almost every diet going, some successful some not & would love this to be the last diet I ever go on! If anyone has got any words of advise it would be much apprieciated xx
 
Hi sweetpea & welcome.

I have just completed my first week on the propoints plan & have found it so easy & haven't been hungry at all.
I haven't deprived myself of anything but it has help me with portion control.

I've been cooking some of the recipes & so far they're great. x

my little piece of advice is track EVERYTHING! even if you are away from home, scribble it on a scrap of paper so you not forget to count it.

Thank you guys, I've just downloaded a ww diary app for my phone so I can track everything even if I'm out. I was thinking about starting a food diary on here so I can get pointers & hopefully help me stay on track x

Pro points is faaaab ... im on week 4 and lost 6lb now .. i never ever feel hungry ... and eat choc all the time so i never feel like im depriving myself ... definite thumbs up from me!! oh and a big tip, get yourself a points calculator ... as its so handy for when your out n about :cool: ... good luck with your loss :cool:

Plan for times you know you'll need points, like nights out, don't deny yourself anything within reason. Use up all your daily points. Weeklies are a safety net not there to max out every week altho you can do that and still loose :)
zero point soup is lifesaving :D
 
Thank you so much for all your replies, I'm guessing they keys are to track & plan. I've got a calculator & a tracker diary, I've also downloaded a ww diary & calculator for my phone so think I'm good to go, thanks again guys for making me feel welcome x
