my hubba has joined sw with me now, so hoping this will help me even more now.
Had a bumpy(crap) start, but this was due to the timings, week 2 had weekend away in Ireland (belated honeymoon) and it was also my birthday whilst I was there... so was doomed from the start.

Anyhow, I have no doubt that sw is great if you stick to it, so fully committed now (doesnt mean Im perfect, but trying).

Think hubba joining will be the extra push now, and we have a holiday in 13 weeks so really good target!!

a diet shared is a diet halved !!!

Doing sw together is definitely better.

We have a child free weekend and it would be so easy for me to fall of the wagon, but its like having a little supervisor keeping an eye on me ha ha .

We are planning out all our meals, and reminding each other to add the extra ss foods to boost the weight loss.

We had a little treat earlier, a magnum mini, which I googled whilst in tesco and it said 6.5 syns, however on the sw website (where i record my diary) it says 8.5 !!! it was lovely tho :p

We re just about to have a lovely dinner, of steak, sweet potatoes, courgette, mushy peas, and a side salad!!! cant wait.

we have also bought some bison grass vodka :gimi:

and we re going to have it with slimline tonic ice and lime.

I know I have to syn the vodka, however Ive been drinking wine for years and its gotta go, so this is a great step and the hubba is giving up the lager and having this too.

great that its soooo yummy too ha ha ha

have a nice evening xx:flirt2:

Loving this, hubba insisting that we have mushy peas with tea, and also helping to prep our packed lunches!!!!

He s even having debates in work with woman trying to tell him how to do the plan he he he
